I started Rowan Construction Group in 2007 after watching too many homeowners get a verbal estimate that ballooned once demolition started. Seventeen years and 4,000-plus projects later, the fix hasn’t changed: a flat written price, a written scope, and a signed change order before any extra work happens. I’m on-site for the initial measure on every kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and home addition we quote in Campbell, because the number on the page has to survive contact with reality.
